Our Group Fitness Classes Offer The Best of Both Worlds

Our fitness classes are not only less expensive than personal training, but our small sizes ensure that everyone who trains with us isn’t just a number. We work with you personally on your technique and form to ensure you work out as safely and effectively as possible.  

Our group fitness classes: 

  • Meet online or in-person for 1 hour of dedicated training 
  • Allow a maximum of 6 people per session 
  • Are designed to improve your strength, mobility, and stamina 
  • Contain an element of circuit training, mobility work, and strength building, so as to maximize the hour. 
  • Meet 1-3 times a week at regularly scheduled times 
  • Provide a fun and positive way to work on your fitness

Even though you will be training in a group setting, our personal trainers will always consider your individual needs and limitations. In our group setting, you always have a voice, and our team of highly qualified personal trainers ensure that you are able to perform all exercises properly and effectively.

Group Fitness Classes in Calgary: How it Works

At Livino Lifestyle and Fitness Coaching, your health and safety is our number one priority. That means that before you can join a group fitness class, you must go through an assessment.

Here’s what you can expect from the process:

  1. Pre-screening: We assess your fitness level, past injuries, and lifestyle to pre-screen for any potential injuries that can happen or any modifications that need to be made in advance
  2. Goal-setting: We will also help you identify and create attainable goals that you can work towards during your sessions
  3. Finding the right group for you: Once your individual assessment and goal setting session is complete, you are fitted with the appropriate group for your needs
     

In addition to this, online support is provided for clients who have an interest in working on an individualized program in between group training sessions. This is highly recommended as you will gain the best results by remaining consistent with your own personalized workout regimen

Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on the group size, sessions can rage from $50-$65/hour. This is half the rate of individual, one-on-one personal training sessions, but you will still receive a high level of attention from your trainer.

To keep the quality of training high, our group fitness training classes range from 3-6 people.

GIven that we are facing unprecedented times, many people are opting for online group sessions. The frequency of these sessions depends on the demand. Currently, our online group sessions are happening on Monday/Wednesday at 6:30 pm and in person on Tuesdays at 4pm and Thursdays at 7pm. Please keep in mind that these times and days are subject to change and the meeting place (indoors or outdoors) is dependent on the weather.
